Once you arrive in China, you might need to go to a bank. Before you ask someone for directions, learn daily Mandarin phrases such as excuse me, thanks, bank, which and where.

"最好" in this lesson means have to. I have learned "最" means the most, 好 is good. Does "最好" also mean "the best?"

How do you use the Mandarin phrases “不客气” and “别客气”differently? Or are they the same?

Hi, Helen, thanks for answering my question. I've got another question. How does the Mandarin phrase “可以” differ from “可能”?

I am very glad to know that my answer was helpful. In Chinese, Both “可以(kěyǐ)” and “可能(kěnéng)” are auxiliary Mandarin phrases. The Mandarin phrase “可以” means “can/able” while “可能” indicates a possibility.
For example:
A: 明天你可以来打球?(Míngtiān nǐ kěyǐ lái dǎqiú ma?)
Can you come to play ball tomorrow?
B: 我可能去不了。(Wǒ kěnéng qù bù liǎo le.)
I probably can’t go.
