Hi la.sting, I am sorry for the late replies since we were on our Spring Festival vacation. I checked out the videos and they seem to be working just fine. Downloading the PDFsand Mp3 files works too. Could you try again? Let me know if you still have questions or need any help.

thanks Helen, however, I only applied the 7 days trial and unfortunately I only used for one time and then it failed for that system error, and now my trials have past....is it possible to apply another trail for a shorter period? than you very much for help.

Hi i have not completed my subscription because I am worried about all the comments in the BLOG...... I tried some of the video lessons for a trial and they take along time to load and they sample. meaning they are not continuous flowing.. these are only 40 seconds long.. If these take a long time to load, how long will the normal lessons take.? is there an answer to this problem. thanks, Peter
